How Soon Can Someone Come Take a Look?
Usually within a few business days of your first call or form submission, depending on the week. We’ll confirm a time that works once we hear from you.
Do I Need to Know Exactly What I Want Before I Reach Out?
Not at all. Plenty of people call us with just a rough idea or a Pinterest board. Walking through the options together is part of the consultation.
Can I Visit the Shop Instead of Booking a Home Visit?
Yes, our Brampton shop is open Monday through Saturday. Come see materials and finishes in person, then we’ll set up a time to measure your space if you want to move forward.
